IT Staffing

A significant portion of VS Cybersoft Solutions' revenue stream comes from staff augmentation, or "staff aug" services. In this delivery mode, VS Cybersoft Solutions provides one or more technical experts to augment or supplement a client's internal IT resources. Staff augmentation engagements are defined by their duration, the technical qualifications of the consultants, and the defined hourly bill rates for each consultant.

Bill rates are determined based on the consultant's skill set, their role in the project, and the duration of the engagement. Price discounts are available for full-time staff aug engagements that extend beyond six contiguous months. These services are also referred to as "supplemental staffing," with the same underlying characteristics.
